Family
Misael, from La Paz, Bolivia, and Rebeca, from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, met in 2020 while attending the English School at YWAM Richmond. Their friendship quickly grew as they both continued their journey by completing the Discipleship Training School (DTS) in Virginia Beach in 2021. During that time, God confirmed their relationship, and they were married in July 2021. Together, they have built a life centered on faith, community, and purpose. Misael enjoys sports and spending time with friends, while Rebeca loves being with family, baking, and reading, creating a balanced and joyful home life.

Ministry
In 2022, Misael and Rebeca began serving as staff with YWAM Virginia Beach, focusing on discipleship among children, university students, and local churches. They are passionate about their calling to train and equip young people for missions. They have participated in outreaches in Brazil and various cities across the United States. In 2024, they moved to Richmond to continue their ministry, working with local churches, mercy ministries, and youth programs, including sports camps and mission trips. Their heart is to see young people trained and sent to the nations to disciple others.
