Family
Dustin and Haydee Campbell have served with Youth With A Mission in the Philippines, Thailand, the Indochina region, and the United States for 25 years. Married in 2001, they have three children: a daughter, Michaela, and two sons, Lemuel and Justin. Their family life is centered on faith, discipleship, and service, modeling Christ’s love in every aspect of their lives. Both as singles and as a couple, they have invested deeply in mentoring and training young people, raising their children in a Christ-centered environment while maintaining a heart for missions and a passion for equipping the next generation of leaders.

Ministry
Dustin and Haydee have focused on training, staffing, and leading Discipleship Training Schools (DTS) throughout their ministry. They have served on base leadership teams and national leadership training teams, aiming to equip staff and leaders to thrive on the mission field. They believe that well-prepared leaders produce excellent schools, raising up missionaries for today’s world. Currently, the Campbell family is part of the pioneering team establishing YWAM in Lynchburg, Virginia, where Dustin and Haydee serve as campus leaders, continuing their passion for mentoring, leadership, and global missions.
