Year of Missions isn’t just a program. It’s a transformational journey for young leaders, designed to help you encounter God, mature in community, and go to the nations.

Over the course of a year, you will move through four powerful phases designed to shape your faith, your character, and your leadership.

1. Encounter God

Phase one: Discipleship Training - 3 Months

Your journey begins with immersive training focused on hearing God’s voice, understanding His character, and growing as a disciple of Jesus.

You’ll explore topics like:

Identity in Christ
Hearing the voice of God
Biblical worldview
Evangelism and missions
Digital Detox

You won’t just study these concepts—you’ll apply them together in community.

2. Go to the Nations

Phase two: International Missions Outreach - 2 Months

After your first phase of training, you will be sent to the nations.

Together with your team you’ll share the gospel, serve communities, partner with local ministries, and live out the Gospel.

You’ll experience what happens when you step beyond comfort and trust God to work through you.

3. Go Deeper in God’s Word

Phase three: Intensive Bible Training - 3 Months

After a short break, you will return for an in-depth season of studying Scripture.

This phase focuses on understanding the Bible as a unified story and learning how to faithfully interpret and apply God’s Word. During this time you will read the entire Bible with your team and receive teaching on every part of the scripture.

You will develop:

A deeper love for Scripture
Tools to study the Bible for yourself
A stronger theological foundation for lifelong ministry

Because a fruitful life on mission requires deep roots in God’s Word.

4. Step Into Your Calling

Final Phase: Select a Missions Deployment - 2 Months

Your year culminates with a final outreach where you will choose a ministry location to serve for your missions practicum. This is the time to put everything you’ve learned into practice. There will be a variety of ministry locations to serve; you can choose a local or international deployment.

You’ll go out again—this time with greater experience, maturity, and faith in God.

This practical mission experience will help you discover your gifts, talents, and help you discern where God is calling you next. The year will conclude with a final debrief, re-entry training and graduation.
